Our Child Protection and Safeguarding policy aligns with international best practices, ensuring all staff are trained to identify and respond to concerns.
Our safety measures include:
All students feel and are safe on school premises, whether they are in class, enjoying extra-curricular activities, having fun with peers or enjoying a moment of rest.
Our team works extensively to guarantee that each student has the right to be protected from any damage and exploitation.
At our private school in Hanoi, every student has the right to be protected, and for those who need additional support we provide specialised help. This includes cases related to special educational needs, disabilities, gender, religion, and sexual orientation.
Safeguarding at Westlink is everything everyone does in the school to keep all children safe, happy, learning, and growing wonderfully—free from worry.
Ms. Lauretta, Head of Inclusion
As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, I believe safeguarding is not just a policy or a document—it is a culture of vigilance, care, and proactive support. Protecting children means creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel seen, heard, protected and valued. It's about early identification of risks, building trust, and responding with clarity and compassion. Every child has the right to feel safe in order to grow, learn, and thrive without fear. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it begins with leadership that prioritises the wellbeing of every learner.
