Our enrolment process is simple, straightforward and personalised to your family and your child's needs, with added care for students who might need English as an Additional Language - EAL or learning support needs.

Submit your application

Send to our Admissions Team the Digital Enrolment Application Form and a copy of the child's school record, passport, immunisation record and picture.

Join us for a trial day

We invite your child to spend half a day with our students to experience our school environment. They'll also sit for an English proficiency test and various written and oral assessments specific to the selected pathways following a payment of VND 2,500,000.

Meet with Academic School Leaders

Schedule a meeting with our Academic Leadership team. We'll ask more questions about your child, getting to know in-depth their needs and talents to build a personalised path.

Offer of enrolment

If your child is accepted for enrolment, you'll receive an offer letter from the school. To secure your place pay the enrolment application fee, tuition fee or reservation fee and security deposit.

The IB is the leading international curriculum worldwide, used in more than 170 countries.

The IB Diploma is the gold standard of high school qualifications accepted by major universities around the world.

The IB program focuses on developing the intellectual, personal, emotional and soft skills of each student to study, work and grow confidently in a globalized environment.

We offer the full International Baccalaureate (IB) program which includes Primary Years Program (PYP), Middle Years Program (MYP Years); and Diploma Program (DP) in the future.

At WIS, all students learn English as the main learning language. English speakers can choose to study Vietnamese/Korean. Another foreign language might be considered at a later stage.

For those students whose English proficiency is not up to the level, as evidenced by the placement test at the time of enrollment or by teachers’ assessment during the academic year, WIS offers an EAL program to develop the four core English Language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) for academic success.

WIS is a member of ISP - the International Schools Partnership, a UK-based global educational network consisting of over 100 schools in 25 different countries. As a member, WIS has access to international resources, participates in international events, has a global framework of support, and instills a truly global perspective in our learners.

State-of-the-art learning facilities:  Conveniently located at Star Lake, Tay Ho which is no more than 5 kilometers from most major locations, WIS occupies an area of 2.5 hectares, of which the construction density is 40% and 60% is the outdoor playgrounds, sport fields, landscape, and greenery. WIS provides a green, sustainable modern setting and technology-rich and conducive learning environment.

WIS teaching staff are western trained and fully qualified. We also have specialist teachers for Languages, Music, Performing Arts, Sport and PE. Our inquiry-based teaching methods emphasizes student ownership of learning.

To serve the diverse interests and abilities of students, WIS offers a wide range of extra-curricular clubs and activities. Registration for these clubs is on a voluntary basis and might include sport clubs, chess club, art club, drama/dance club, Tech club, etc. Some clubs may carry an extra fee.

Our academic year begins in August and ends in June. However, admission remains open throughout the year.

You can download the digital Enrolment Application Form from the school website, complete it in full and submit it with a copy of the supporting documents via email to info@westink.edu.vn.

As soon as your child has done a placement test and been offered a place in the School, a hard copy of all those papers need to be submitted at the school Admissions office.

All classes start at 8:00 a.m. and finish at 3:00 p.m. If students participate in club activities, they will finish at 4:00 p.m.

Our bus service is available for most areas of Hanoi. Each bus will have a bus monitor, who will supervise and support students through every route and directly guide them from home to the bus and vice versa.

Yes, a hot lunch and snack(s) are offered daily for all students for a fee.
